HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders placed by 12pm GMT +0 will be posted same day. All orders are sent via UK domestic services. (Royal Mail, FedEx, DHL etc.

England 1-2 Business Days 
Scotland 2-3 Business Days 
Wales  2-3 Business Days 
Northern Ireland 2-3 Business Days

*Rural Areas may take a little longer

Within Europe 3-4 Business Days

Other countries out of Europe 3-6 Business Days

 

 

CAN I USE A FAKE NAME ON THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Yes, at your own risk. We advise you to do what you’re comfortable with. Although we have never had any issues with law enforcement, so we encourage using your real name as we feel it’s 100% safer. You just need to make sure the address matches your id, if picking up from the local post office. Please note using a fake name for Parcel Lockers does not work.

WHERE IS MY ORDER SENT FROM?

All orders are sent from within The United Kingdom, meaning there is no need to worry about customs or border force interception. We have a 100% delivery success.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE?

No. You will not need to sign for the package. You may need to show ID with the same address if picking up from the post office.

WHAT IF I’M NOT HOME FOR DELIVERY?

The item will be left in your mailbox or safe location if possible. Otherwise a “missed delivery card” will be left and need to pick up from the post office.

I WOULD PREFER TO PICK UP MY PACKAGE FROM THE POST OFFICE IF I MISS DELIVERY, IS THIS POSSIBLE?

Yes. Please make a note of this when placing an order in the order notes section and we will make a request with the delivery company to ensure this happens.

    HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?

    We will ensure your package is always packaged safely and discretely. All items will be bubble wrapped and we will use certain stealth techniques as needed. The outside of the package will be plain with no indication of what’s inside or our company details. This is to ensure safety from law enforcement and so that you’re comfortable receiving the package.

    HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE?

    All orders are sent via regular services. For orders above 500 GBP, postage is FREE. For orders below 500 GBP, postage will be a flat rate of 10 GBP.

    HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

    Yes we do Provide Tracking Information but,

    As a security step we do not currently provide tracking numbers. If your order has gone 1 week without being delivered we will happily review your tracking and advise on its whereabouts. Due to the operational security requirements and stealth nature of our postage techniques, tracking information may not be visible online until the day of delivery.

    MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    If you order hasn’t arrived after the given time guide, please contact us and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

    I DON’T KNOW HOW TO USE BITCOIN IS THERE ALTERNATE PAYMENT METHODS?

    Yes, we do accept payments via  Bitcoin Crypto currency, Bank Transfer and PayPal (Friends and Family Only) at this time for safety reasons. Check the how to order page for more information’s on how to use this payment methods.
